If you love watching MasterChef and crave dishes of that caliber, this is the place for you.
Tatva blew my mind; it’s definitely the best vegetarian restaurant I have come across in Hyderabad till now. If you are someone like me who has watched MasterChef and wished to eat dishes of that level, look no further than this place. You will get everything here: taste, innovation, and presentation. The prices are obviously on the higher end, but it’s all worth it.
I tried their Kamalkakdi ke Galouti Kebabs, which blew me away with their thought and innovation. The Dum Ka Paneer was outstanding—my first encounter with a deconstructed dish. The Dal Makhani was one of the best I have ever had, paired with the softest and most flavorful Chur Chur Nan there could be! For dessert, I tried their Tender Coconut Panacotta, which revealed its true nature with each bite, as you gradually break down each layer in your mouth. It is not that sweet, so some may not relish it.
The service, atmosphere, and ambiance were also up to the mark. I am still in awe and can’t wait to go back! Just a heads up that it’s really hard to find a place here—it’s always full. I got lucky as I entered just before it was about to close, around 3 PM. So, good luck getting a seat here, and I really wish you do!
Tatva offers a remarkable vegetarian fine dining experience with innovative and masterfully presented dishes. Despite the higher prices, it’s worth every penny. Plan ahead to ensure you get a seat and enjoy the culinary delight.
