If you’re Punjabi at heart and craving authentic Punjabi flavors, this place will satisfy your cravings.
I was intrigued when a friend asked if I had tried the Bunny Chow. It sounded so unique that I had to check it out. Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately got “Dhaba vibes.” The ambiance and food aim to remind you of authentic Punjabi dhabas. The staff were hospitable and sweet, although the Patiala lassi could have been slightly better, but it was still decent. Their parathas, however, were way awesome.
Now, about the Bunny Chow: It’s a giant pav (with lots of butter) cut in half, scooped out, and filled with boneless, juicy butter chicken and its delicious gravy. It’s a mouthwatering dish that you must try.
If you are a Punjabi at heart and want to eat “chow se” (pun intended), this is the place to curb your cravings. Just don’t make the mistake of ordering anything else with the Bunny Chow unless you want to feel overwhelmed like I did.
Patiala House offers a delightful Punjabi dining experience with its authentic dhaba vibes and tasty dishes. Just be cautious with your order when getting the Bunny Chow, as it’s quite filling on its own.
